About the Course
This qualification reflects professional accounting job roles in financial services and other industries, including tax agents, accounts payable and accounts receivable officers, payroll service providers, and employees performing a range of accounting tasks for organisations in a range of industries.
You'll gain practical “work ready skills” using the latest office, accounting and bookkeeping software (including MS Office, MYOB and Xero) in a paperless cloud-based environment.
This course can be completed in a variety of delivery modes, including online/flexible/self-paced, group sessions or as a traineeship. All modes of delivery are fully supported by email or Zoom.
This is a nationally recognised qualification. Our units are not approved by the Tax Practitioners Board for BAS agent or tax agent registration.

To complete this course, you will need a minimum of 605 hours.
Career Pathways
After completing the Diploma of Accounting, you can move into a variety of positions in the financial services industry, including, but not limited to, bookkeeper, assistant accountant or office manager. This qualification provides a direct pathway into the Advanced Diploma of Accounting or further tertiary study.
