About the Course
The Certificate II in Financial Services is a practical first qualification for anyone wanting to build financial literacy and basic financial skills, whether you're heading into the financial services industry, running a small business or entering the workforce.
This course can be completed online or in a classroom as part of a VET program.

To complete this course, you will need a minimum of 280 hours.
Career Pathways
Graduates can move into entry-level admin and customer service roles, manage their own personal and business finances more effectively, or continue to the Certificate III in Financial Services.
